Installation issues related to chips are resolved on the spot in the majority of cases using a sanctioned chip resetter.
When a computer chip fails at any time during use attributed to a power surge or static charge, the go to tool is the sanctioned chip resetter.
Issues are rare, but when they occur the cost of downtime can be high. Chip Resetters are also a required purchase for first-time purchases of the All Black Ink system. The most comprehensive warranty for All Black Ink is for users that have purchased the required resetter. Didn’t get one and have a problem? Resetters are available online in our web store, purchase a replacement cart from your reseller, or apply for a free replacement cartridge (end-user pays for any/all shipping fees). Always submit a tech support ticket for cartridge issues. A resolve may not require a resetter.

Purchase a sanctioned All Black Ink Resetter only from your reseller or Freehand Graphics.
Do NOT put any BLACK INK cartridge in a non-black slot if you have a cartridge setting or chip issue.
The most comprehensive warranty program in place is for users WITH our sanctioned chip resetter.
Don’t underestimate the importance of a chip resetter and a back-up set of inks. Shop downtime is costly.
