Response time is same business day for submissions made during business hours and response time is typically under an hour. We boast the faste response time and we have the on-staff, skilled technicians waiting and ready to help you.
There is not a phone line, as we first need the issue in writing and to collect information such as serial numbers or error messages. This helps us help you faster. Phone calls and VNC connections to our users may be needed and are ordered by the tech team when needed for them to assist you.
