What is an Update - is it for me?
Software is regularly updated to keep up with changing operating systems - these updates are FREE. It is likely that the version you initially used for installation is not the most current.
Update to the latest version if...
- You are having trouble installing the software and/or get error codes when add print drivers. Many errors can be easily fixed with a quick and easy update.
- You are reinstalling the software. Use this updated version to stay current as opposed to using a CD or archived version.
- A technical support team member tells you to update your version.
How do I know if my version is old?
Locate your VERSION and BUILD number under the ACCURIP Menu / ABOUT (Mac users) or the HELP Menu / ABOUT (Windows users) and compare it to the version shown on the website download page.
Higher Version and Build numbers are newer releases.
Should I deinstall the older version?
No, the update installer will handle both the removal of the previous version and install the newest version.
