Spot Process Separation Studio auto saves as a DCS2.eps file making it the easiest file to output from your mainstream Illustration program such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel DRAW. Just PLACE it in Illustrator or IMPORT it into Corel DRAW. The spot colors are auto imported into the Illustration file. Go to PRINT and use the very same, easy and efficient OUTPUT options and print out the individual color SPSS Channels. You can even combine vector elements colored with the SPSS color set or color it another spot color. Easily create your very own custom registration marks and plate labels colored with the Illustration program’s color “registration” so EACH color Channel will print out with the data. Now this is efficient pre-press production!

The under-base protects it and the top-white perfects it! A properly built under-base is the foundation of the process of screen-printing and the SPSS under-base is expertly and automatically created. The task of creating an under-base for a raster image file has always been a source of aggravation for screen printers, but with Spot Process Separation Studio the task is NO LONGER an issue - ever. The top-white, or highlight-white perfects the job by adding in the color dimension (secondary / tertiary colors) and highlights that make a print pop as well as be color accurate.
Superior Black Channel Control SPSS provides 3 Black Channel options. Click to Generate 1, 2 or 3 black options. Each is created to work on a particular shirt color range. The strength of the Black Channel data will be different for a white, light, medium, dark and black garments. This gives you the best options for optimal results. And, the results are not taken from a limited CMYK conversion (an antiquated method) but rather are built from the original RGB image.
SPSS provides enhancement features for the hard to reach spectral values such as ORANGE and BROWN. Plus, Spot Process Separation Studio delivers the most accurate flesh tones and colors of nature than any other solution trying to deliver Spot Process results.
